UK Upstream Supply Chain Forum

Model ITT (invitation to tender) templates have been produced by the UK Upstream Supply Chain Forum in order to

  Simplify the Contracting Process
Provide an Easier and Faster way to produce , issue and respond to ITT/bid packages

The model ITTs are not prescriptive and Purchasers can select both pace and scale of adoption. This "best practice" standard approach supports the Supply Chain Code of Practice  and provides cost & time saving opportunities for both purchasers and suppliers.

To provide feedback on the use and content of the Model ITT templates please either use the following e-mail link ITT Template Feedback

Guidance on the use of the templates is available here

N.B - Use of the Model ITTs is the sole responsibility of the users and neither FPAL nor the UK Upstream Supply Chain Forum shall be responsible for any consequences whatsoever arising out of their use.

Future Work Plans ....

The Department of Trade and Industry and Oil & Gas Industry purchasers have engaged with FPAL to provide an opportunity for forward work plans relating to potential business opportunities in the UK and Netherlands upstream sectors.

The Work Plans:

help provide an indication of future activity by participating purchasers.
act as a planning aid to help facilitate potential business .opportunities for the supply chain
support the Supply Chain Code of Practice in communicating opportunities to the supply chain

To access the work plans please click on the above title and then select the appropriate purchaser. Any specific questions regarding the content should be directed to the appropriate Purchaser.

Further useful information about future business opportunities can also be obtained by attending the annual Share Fair, which is organised by UKOOA/PILOT and held in Aberdeen each November. Detailed project opportunities can also be found in the Energy Industries Council (EIC) project database.

Links to Other Services ...

In support to the core FPAL service, a number of links have been made to other services closely associated with the Oil & Gas Procurement and Supply Chain Management processes. The range of linked services continues to expand and forms part of the FPAL strategy to provide a 'one-stop-shop' with easy access to associated web based services. These specialist service organisations are totally independent from FPAL and interested parties may need to be registered with the appropriate service provider, and where relevant, pay their subscribership fees.
