This assessment by the supplier on the purchaser (the customer) is a two way process
where scores should be discussed. However FPAL will accept reports with supplier only
assessment.
Report 3 Guidelines
The report can be initiated by either the purchaser or supplier.
FPAL has no involvement or arbitration in the assessment.
The structured dialogue between the 2 parties should ideally take place face-to-face.
Only assess the relevant elements so that a competent and fair assessment can be made.
One-way scores can be submitted confidentially.
Reports can be completed as regularly as appropriate.
