FPAL benchmarking provides your company with the opportunity to “benchmark” yourself against your “peers” and “competitors” thus highlighting your company’s strengths and weaknesses.

This fantastic facility can be used to benchmark your company against your Performance Feedback data or Capability Assessment scores. Purchaser and supplier performances are kept separately and detailed below:

For Suppliers

A performance feedback benchmark, showing your company’s position in relation to other suppliers registered for a similar product code, is available to only you and can be accessed at any time.

In addition suppliers can twice annually nominate a list of specific registered suppliers who they wish to be benchmarked against.

For Purchasers

Purchasers can also benchmark their performance in a similar “confidential” manner as suppliers. The option is available to benchmark yourself against a number of different purchaser company categories that include operators, service contractors, all companies etc.
