Confidentiality ...

Confidentiality and integrity of information is of paramount importance to FPAL and the following 5 principles have been adopted:

1. Any Purchaser should not have access to data on their 'competitors' without their 'competitors' prior consent or knowledge of their subscribership.
2. No commercial contract data (bid, price or contract specific data) will be requested, assessed or retained.
3. Only agreed data will be made available.
4. Openness of assessment and scoring criteria is always applied.
5. Specific confidentiality agreements will be put in place for Members, Directors, Staff, Service Contractors and Purchasers before they have access to any data.

FPAL also requires each Supplier to sign an annual Declaration at the time of their initial registration or renewal, and for purchasing Subscribers to sign a Confidentiality Agreement before gaining access to the system.
